Ways to Move More

🧐 Kind of “off-topic” for me, but this has been on my mind since I started working from home (and spending a lot of time sitting throughout the day).

📋 We all know that sitting for long periods of time isn’t great for us. Unfortunately, it has now been linked to several diseases, including obesity, back pain, hypertension and depression.


🚴🏽‍♀️ Luckily, there are easily actionable ways to move more throughout the day. Here are some of them (and none of them mean heading to the gym before or after work)!

🤸🏻‍♀️ Basically, just get moving. Get up and stretch every hour, intentionally take the stairs, take a walk, and find fun ways to integrate physical activity into your every day.
