🌰 🍫Nutella vs. Peanut Butter 🥜
While we know Nutella has a strong cult following that is probably going to be hating on me after this post! But I wanted to compare it to good old fashion natural peanut butter, the latter of which is a much healthier alternative in almost all aspects of nutrition! The peanut butter option has less calories, significantly less sugar, more fiber, and double the protein! On top of being more nutrient dense! As a result, especially considering the higher amount of protein and fiber, it is significantly more filling than Nutella, leading you to be fuller for longer!
There are much healthier alternatives than Nutella despite how tasty it is! Perhaps scrapping it for peanut butter for an example can be a viable option for a much healthier snack! 😉
