Morning vs Evening Workouts

Has anyone ever told you that morning workouts are better than evening workouts or vice versa?
The truth is…
It’s obvious that evenings are the best time to work out because you consequently cannot partake in happy hour at the same time!
Laugh out loud just kidding!!
In all seriousness… Any time of the day can be an awesome time to work out. The best time is completely individualized and will be different from person to person.
Two main factors come into play when deciding the time that works best for you;
1.Your preference
2.Your schedule
With that said, I’ve come up with a list of benefits for both morning and evening workouts.
☀️ Mornings: Exercising in the morning can be a great way to kickstart your day. By planning your work out first thing in the morning, you are less likely to have work, family or scheduling conflicts that could prevent you from making it to the gym or do your home workout. Morning workouts also helped to create a consistent routine that can also lead to better sleeping habits. If you know you’re getting up early to workout, you will be more likely to get to bed at a decent time.
🌙 Evenings: Exercising in the evening can be an awesome way to release stress after a long day. Most people typically have fewer time constraints in the evening, which means you don’t have to rush through your work out. Working out in the evening also means you have a bit more time to sleep in if that something you prefer.
Let me know, which do you prefer, morning or evening workouts?!
