Deconstructed Egg Roll
This awesome recipe is a healthy and light version to the traditional egg roll!

Deconstructed Egg Roll
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 large onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 inch ginger minced
1 lb ground pork lean (or whichever lean protein you like)
4 cups coleslaw mix
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
Small handful of Wonton Chips
In a pan or wok, add the sesame oil and heat. Once hot, add the onions, garlic, and ginger, and stir fry for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
Add the ground pork and break it apart. Cook for 4-5 minutes, until no longer pink. Push the pork to one side and add the coleslaw mix and soy sauce Stir until everything is combined. Cook for 4 minutes, until the cabbage is tender. Serve and top with a few wonton chips!!
