Avocado Toast

Here's a quick recipe for avocado toast. It's one of my go to's :)

340 calories, 18g protein, 38g carbohydrate

1 slice whole-grain toast (3/4 inch thick)

½ large ripe avocado, thinly sliced

Splash of lemon juice

Pinch of kosher salt

Pinch of ground pepper

Few slices of fresh mozzarella cheese

Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes

Layer toast with a few slices of mozzarella cheese. Followed by a few slices of avocado. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt, ground black pepper and red pepper flakes.
