3 Ingredient Tostadas
Here's a first in a series of Quick Healthy Recipes for individuals or families short on time!
Servings-4 Total Time 15 minutes
Recipe: 8 Corn Tortillas
1 Tbs EVOO
1-15oz can of Refried Beans (fat free)-warmed
2c Pico de Gallo Dash of salt
Cilantro (Garnish)
Preheat oven to 375. Arrange tortillas on a large baking sheet. Use a pastry brush to brush both sides of each tortilla lightly with oil. Bake for 5 minutes, flip and cook until lightly browned, about 5 more minutes. Spread warmed refried beans evenly over the tortillas and top each with pico de Gallo.
2 tostadas- 276 calories, 6g of fat, 7g of protein and 50g of carbs
