Spinach Cheese Puffs

During the holiday season, I try to share recipes that are fun, healthy and can be added to your holiday spread. Whether it’s a main course, side or dessert, I try to give my readers something different, to wow their families and guests.

This year, I’m going to share some air fried snacks to keep your guests at bay while they wait patiently for the main course!

These spinach cheese puffs are so good! I came across this recipe online and I had to recreate it and add my own little twist!

Spinach Cheese Puffs

Ingredients:

1 pkg of frozen puff pastry (2 sheets)

1 pkg 1/3 less fat chive and onion cream cheese

1/2c chopped spinach

1/4 tsp of ground black pepper

Unfold puff pastry and allow to thaw for 20 minutes. Cut into 16 (3in) squares. Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees.

Combine cream cheese, spinach and pepper in a small bowl.

Drop 1 tsp of the cheese mixture in center of of each pastry square. Brush edges of squares with water. Bring edges together over and twist to seal. Fan out corners of the puff pastry.

Cook in batches 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and enjoy!
