Smoothie Popsicles
Smoothies are so refreshing and the perfect drink for spring and summer. Why not take the same smoothie and freeze them into a delicious popsicle that is sugar free and nutritious. As an added bonus, you’ll get a serving a fruit for the day! If you don’t have fresh fruit, you can use frozen fruit. We always keep our freezer stocked so we can make these anytime!

Green Smoothie Popsicle
Ingredients:
1 banana, peeled
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup orange juice
2-3 handfuls of fresh spinach
Banana Pineapple Mango Smoothie Popsicle
Ingredients:
2 cups of skim, soy, almond, 1% or almond milk
1 cup of fresh pineapple
1 cup of mango
1 large frozen banana (can use unfrozen, but frozen is preferred
Strawberry Mango Smoothie Popsicle
Ingredients:
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup peeled, pitted, and chopped mango
6 ounces plain Greek yogurt (or 1 container store bought yogurt)
6-8 ice cubes

Directions for all recipes:
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend to combine. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for a few hours until solid. Enjoy!
