Baked Carrot Fries
Looking for something light to snack on? Something that could easily be used as a side to a turkey or veggie burger? Something family friendly that even the little ones will enjoy!
How does baked carrot fries sound?
If you like carrots and have never tried these, the time is NOW!
These fries will give your kids a healthy dose of beta-carotenes, vitamin A, minerals, fiber, and anti-oxidants. A much better alternative to the carrot French fry’s cousin, Mr. potato French fry, which is fried in oil and offers little to no nutritional value!
