Spinach & Egg Muffins
I’m all about simplicity in the mornings! I don’t have time to whip up a huge nutritious breakfast during the week for the family. Sunday’s are usually our meal prep day and with our lunches and dinners, I’m now starting to incorporate easy make ahead meals for breakfast! One of which are Egg Muffins! Egg muffins are a delicious and quick way to get a protein packed breakfast on the go! Each muffin is has 6g of protein. Great for meal prep as they are good for up to 5 days in
